At WallnDeco (“we”, “our”, “us”), we take great pride in delivering premium quality, made-to-order wall murals and wallpapers. As all our products are custom printed according to customer specifications, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All wallpapers sold on WallnDeco are custom-made based on:
Wall dimensions provided by the customer
Selected design, material, and finish
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed and production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not begun.
Once the wallpaper enters the printing or production stage, cancellation is not possible.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@wallndeco.com.
3. Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
Eligible Cases:
Product received is damaged during transit
Product has a manufacturing defect
Incorrect product received (wrong design, material, or size due to our error)
Not Eligible:
Incorrect wall measurements provided by the customer
Color variation due to screen/display differences
Change of mind after order confirmation
Minor texture or shade variations (natural in printing)
4. Reporting Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos of:
Damaged wallpaper
Outer packaging
Shipping label
Email all details to contact@wallndeco.com.
Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible.
5. Refund Policy
If a return request is approved, we may offer:
Replacement of the product, or
Refund, depending on the issue
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to our error.
6. Installation Disclaimer
WallnDeco is not responsible for damage caused during or after installation.
Please:
Inspect the wallpaper panels before installation
Do not install damaged or defective panels
Installed wallpapers are not eligible for return or refund.
7. Color & Texture Disclaimer
Slight variations in color, texture, or alignment may occur due to:
Screen calibration differences
Printing processes
Material selection
These variations are not considered defects.
8. Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates.
WallnDeco is not liable for delays caused by:
Courier partners
Natural disasters
Unforeseen circumstances
