At WallnDeco (“we”, “our”, “us”), all wallpapers and wall murals are custom printed on order to ensure the highest quality and perfect fit. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are made to order based on the design, material, and wall dimensions selected by the customer.

  • Order processing and production time is 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

  • You will receive an order confirmation once production begins.


2. Shipping Time

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner

International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days after dispatch

  • Customs clearance times may vary by country

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout

  • Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders must be borne by the customer

We work with reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your wallpaper panels.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.


5. Packaging

  • Wallpapers are packed securely in protective packaging

  • Each order is shipped in numbered panels to make installation easy

  • We take utmost care to prevent damage during transit


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

WallnDeco is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs clearance delays

If your shipment is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner.


8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Do not install the wallpaper

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the damage and packaging

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
WallnDeco is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
